Overview
Anubis is a community-created map set in an ancient Egyptian environment, named after the Egyptian god Anubis. Originally introduced in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on March 31, 2020, it was later added to the Active Duty map pool on November 18, 2022.
The map features Egyptian-themed architecture with two bomb sites, each centered around distinctive structures. The setting includes water elements and a mix of open courtyards and tight corridors, creating diverse combat scenarios that require strategic positioning and map control.
With its unique Egyptian aesthetic and balanced layout, Anubis offers multiple routes to each bomb site, encouraging varied tactical approaches and coordinated team play.
