# HUD Commands

The radar is a part of the HUD that shows our position as well as that of our teammates in the map. It is important to configure the map such that all of the map is visible so that we know what each teammate is covering as well as which play you can do as a team given your positioning.

Use a 1 to move the player count and score counter to the bottom of your screen, and a 0 to put it at the top of your screen. The command is set to 0 by default.

Use a 1 to only show a number value for your health and armor rating, and use a 0 to show a number and a bar that is filled in depending on how much health and armor you have.

This console command adjusts how transparent some areas of your HUD (heads up display) appear on your screen. Set this higher to increase the visibility of shading on the HUD, and set this lower to make shading less visible.

This command is used in competitive games, and you can set it so that players on your team have different colors on the radar and scoreboard (default) or you can turn it off. 0 = no color; 1 = colored dot; 2 = colored dot with letter
